Why on earth would you do that? Putting a big sold sign on the page will instantly get people to "just keep looking." I NEVER put a sold sign on my individual pages. When someone calls about the listing I tell them that it's sold, but I have other listings in that area if they would like to see...

Yep. Mls should be doing this already assuming you have an idx feed. i however make an individual listing page for each one of my listings, I make all my agents do the same. You could do the same thing even if you don't own the listing.

I have used fiverr for content and was not happy at all. Articles were terrible. A 5th grader could've done better. I have also used hirewriters dot us and the BST Nut-Nights recommended.

I just had a bunch of articles written for a coffee niche from hirewriters dot us They were fast and relatively inexpensive. Way better than the fiverr crap I got when I ordered it.

Oh and for the record, my market is extremely targeted. You have no idea what my niche market even is so how can you tell me it's not targeted. It's tax season... everyone needs help during tax season :)

Laugh away. I don't care. $65 per lead. 127 leads. That's the problem around here. Too many people tell others what is "possible" while those people are out doing it.... seeing that it's possible.

Yeah, I'm going to keep doing this. I'm still on the road, don't have my computer.. just the iPad. So far I'm at $8,342 in earnings... in 1 day.

I will probably do it again, it was more than I anticipated. The flyers ran me $137.95 plus shipping from vista print. I made that back with no problems.

Woke up this morning, checked my shareasale... 127 leads generated yesterday. When I get back to my computer and off my iPad I'll take a screen shot of them for you. I'm not sure if there will be more or not, but I'd call 127 leads a good number for a day..
