You honestly can't expect to get somewhere without hustling and outcompeting your competitors. As the post above by fungames states and I agree with it fully that the good easy days of internet marketing are long gone. It's very hard now.

It will rank and I can speak from experience but make sure to use real authors which can be verified online.
