If mass DM comes from project account, then this comes with big risk users start reporting such DM as spam and project account could end up being suspended. How your mass DM service avoids project account getting reported for spam and resulting in suspended account?

I would not go with NameCheap for hosting service. Also I think they are US company so you not get the goodies that other hosts provide, like DMCA ignored server.
