I am doing a video on someone in the nfl, documentary style and not just a compilation or random clips uploaded, its about a scandal that happened around a player. What are the rules for including clips and images of them in a video? Is there a way of including some of them wihtout demonetised?

No, someone is stealing his own videos, uploading them to youtube and getting money for it. When he uploaded his OWN videos with HIS face - it got claimed by this other guy and any earnigs he made from it, went to guy stealing his work.

It's all original content, but I want it in a different country. Can I delete all the videos on the original account and delete the account, and upload all the videos on the new one without any copyright, bot issues?
