@MuhammadAwais123 Yes it is a permanent suspension and I have not been able to get through. Ebay isn't the only "reseller platform" banning good sellers for no reason. Amazon is doing the same and so is etsy...and if you want to run your own ecommerce website you'll want to get a real merchant...

Tried that and can't get past their voice mail bot. If I put in my account number they just give me a generic message about going to their website than hang up. I'm probably going to have to take more drastic measures.
