Not difficult. Get with a PPD site like Fileice or Sharecash and get people to download your files. Both sites have forums that have guides.

It has to do with email headers. It's impossible for them to sign the email as PayPal though so it should've ended up in spam.

I'll give you a bit of advice now, do not create PayPal accounts for different countries than the one you're in. They don't tend to last long. Also as a tip, the VCCs you can buy from sellers aren't always good. Search hard enough and in the right places and you'll figure it out.

No VPN is really good. PayPal actively tries to prevent all of them. If you have some method of getting a private IP that will last a while (which isn't hard with the know how), then that's better than any VPN.
