i don't know why a CPA network ban affiliates with no reason even a short email explaining why you got BAN. They only reacting if someone post a thread like this and got attention of other people. Hmmmmm.. I think they want to explain publicly than doing it via email :)

just a suggestion.. many said that content locker pro is good because you can mix offers in different networks. why not use it?
