Thanks everyone for the answers. The site looked exactly 100% my site. I think he has used a software for downloading all my pages to HTML files and Uploading to his domain. The hosting company has contacted site owner to take it down. Hope it comes soon!

Did it affect to your site? Luckily, I did it before it happened. I just worry about the ranking. I have contacted with the hosting company and they said that they need a DMCA request, so now I'm trying to get it.
