where much depends upon niche to niche... if you are for example a hosting company offer free vps then traffic of 1000 would be called as normal traffic but if you r niches is something like limo service in an area then 500 is a good amount of traffic!

Google is getting smarter... in keeping the strength as record... the fast start is not a problem but usually its difficult to keep the fast approach for a longer period of time... when the ratio of speed fluctuate from 100 to 10 (not natural) then you can get in to the Google bin

The idea works quite well but this will take a bit more of a time them usual...The similar idea can work insanely amazing when you actually have some infographic or anything that can bait links...
