I have the same problem. I have manually added a sitemap in webmaster tools but Total indexed=0

I didn't even pinned yesterday and today my followers are now 50% off, will probably loose everybody in 3 days. I've checked the top pinners account and every time i've refresh their page they loose 1-3 followers at 5 minutes.

In latest 4 days i've noticed a dramaticly change in the number of my fallowers. I didn't had too many fallowers but 30% of them are gone now and still disappearing more and more every time i check pinterest I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong here...

try unfollowing maybe lets you follow more after, but why do you need to follo9w so many people? I always unfollow the ones who don;'t fallow back. Good Luck!
