Well said mate. You need to be innovative with your tactics. Following others may not always lead you to success. If you have resources, then you can sell them on DP or other forums to make extra bucks.

I think the buying community in Flippa is the most naive in the world. Just go into details, and use very motivational and big words. You'll get a lot of attention. Don't forget screenshots

The funny part is that people are taking him seriously too. They're asking him questions such as where do you get the content from etc. Gosh, so much attention for this dude.

Namecheap and hostgator are the best combination IMO. It takes only 20 minutes for a new domain to propage to Hosgator's nameservers. I'm not sure if you guys noticed the same trend, but it was always this quick for me.

Sell it on Flippa. A few months ago, I sold a blog along with a fan page that has more then 1k fans. Easily found a few interested buyers on Flippa. Having a good page rank domain with the fan page is like cherry on cake.

One article is way too less. I've been doing about 5-6 per day, and have remained on the safe side. That's what I have been doing, and so far recieved no problems.
