I think most of these features can be automated using tweettwain. You have the following options: 1. schedule tweets 2. auto-post tweets based on keywords 3. send pre-configured replies Latest release has a clickbank marketing module, not yet tried it, will update you soon.

I know this is an old thread but still, I found a free ClickBank RSS feed generator which generates feed based on your keyword, I cannot post links, check my blog or PM me for details. This feed generator generates feed with your hop url, contains title and description of the product.
