Skip network card as its inbuilt in the motherboard. also intel i3 will do the job..u dont need i5 ... cpu cooler is also not needed also it adds extra noise. Go for 64 GB ssd . Win7 will take more space & there will be less apace for programs. add the below dvd writer SMPS
