Yes, few month ago, the guy said he would help but nothing happened. I bought an aged EU account how can I use the new account to run ads for my business without getting restricted or anything ?

The appeal button is greyed out for month, no way to contact them (no chat, phone available) How do you warm up an account? and what should i do basically ? create a new profile, new business manager, new ad account with new credit card?
