Sounds like it should work, its pretty similar to basic churn and burn practice. Its basically blasting a parasite with a redirect filter, you can blast a parasite without that and it would probably work more or less the same. Either way I personally wouldn't look at it as a long term ranking...

Are these all fiverr gigs I assume? The choice depends on how you'd want to rank and how competitive the niche is. They could be used for different reasons. Personally I don't really trust fiverr for anything but low quality tiers or spam ranking.
