Hello, I used Recuva and Easeus Data Recovery with no luck. Actually, I just knew that the drive was wiped using DBAN and DoD method (7 passes) lol! Now data is lost unfortunately !

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I can't recover data even if I put the HDD on a mac again and I install OSX on it, then install a data recovery program. Did when I formatted using NTFS I wiped all data under HFS+ partition?

I installed Recuva under Windows 10 and it recovered too many files but I can't find files that were copied under the use of the HDD under mackintosh system. I found files that were removed 8 years ago even after the HDD was used with mac.
