I guess most customers will not be happy about a purchase once they discover that the seller is a "middleman" and that they could have bought the item for a cheaper price, even though you save them the trouble of spending too much time looking for it.

Buying domain names on Hosting companies (BlueHost, Hostgator, iPage...) is more expensive than buying them on Domain Names companies (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Name...) and I think the reverse is also true. Apart from the price, I don't know much about the service but I prefer to get them separately.

If you are using a Wordpress website, then you already have an admin panel which you can access from yoursite.com/wp-admin If you have a non-WP site, then I think you could find a script for that, depending on what features you need on the admin panel.

If you have that many followers on Instagram and Twitter, you should be able to find a way to monetize them. There have been many courses lately about Instagram+CPA, you could try one that has proven to work and put it into practice.
