Safest way would be to use multiple phones with reputable sim cards/ip addresses. It's expensive but essentially full proof. Knowing your monthly budget would assist in deciding options.

Not sure what purpose you need the AI for, but look into Local Language Models (LLMs), ollama is an example of one. It runs on your own hardware so no internet connection or signup is needed, however it may not be suitable for your purpose.

Ip addresses from typical VPNs change every time you create a vpn connection, some specific ip addresses are dirty (been used previously by others for nefarious purposes) and thus they will cause your account to perform horribly. Not sure if this is the cause of ur issue, but it is something to...

IMO it does take time, but you also have to ensure your content has a target audience and is able to get high watch times. I'm not sure what form of content you are posting, but 3 reels a day is what works for me.
