I think your price point is a bit unrealistic, as stated in previous posts someone can hire a developer and get this done cheaper. As LuckyGamble said, $1800-6000 would be a good mid-range price for your website.

Shopify sites are usually pretty easy to sell, I would just look for communities who are into the same type of genre the shop is featuring and start there.

flippa is really good and I think its worth listing your website on there, you sell typically quick and its very smooth.
