    Top Tools For Managing Outsourcers

I run a team of remote workers (designers mainly) and I strongly disagree with the idea of micro-managing them with a tool like Agent Guardian. All I care about is output. I need high-quality designs done by certain deadlines, and if the deadline is achieved then I do not care when exactly...

Decisions - Require a little input

Go buy a copy of "Linchpin" by Seth Godin, and read it this weekend. It addresses the core question you are asking. At the very least it will get your creative juices flowing and help you develop a filter for the various possibilities that you are going to come up with for acting as a...

2 Unemployed 22 Year Olds - Offline Journal (Pics)

S.O.S. - Filling shareasale form, help a noob girl!

From my past experience, these advertising networks expect you to print the form out so that you can sign your signature with an ink pen. "Sign here" is your handwritten signature. "Print name" is your plain written name, with no fancy signature. "Title" would likely be "Ms." in your case.

EMD of 800K exact search/month - what to do?

Very good answer. The law caters to whoever has the deepest pockets, so it is correct to assume that the band could "use their legal team and bully you into submission", even if you are in the "right".

EMD of 800K exact search/month - what to do?

They are 100% entitled to take the domain name from you, as it is their "brand". If you refused to give up the domain and the case went to court, the judge would likely bring up cyber squatting case precedents. I'm not a lawyer.

Offline client has a question maybe someone can answer

Some interesting theories put forth in this thread. It's quite clear that many of you haven't even spent more than $500 in a PPC account.

Offline client has a question maybe someone can answer

The only correct answer to the OP's question has to do with cold hard math, as explained by hochelaga and imperial109.
