So residential proxies aren't the best to avoid accounts bans?

Let's say I need residential and unique proxies for each account, and I have 1000 in total. How much I need to spend per month for those proxies? I've checked websites and they offer their prices for each Gb, I don't really understand. Thank you.

Nope I'm not promoting adult stuff. Maybe I didn't get banned because my account is really old. The groups that I targeted have a lot of post but almost no engagement, so maybe that's why. Didn't know shadow banning was a thing in facebook.
