In my opinion, there is no point of waiting :) I would add it right now, because you would get more insights, like keywords, etc.

Well it all depends on keywords, niche and competition :) Back in a days, like in 2014, it was really possible to rank in Google SERP and receive a lot of traffic in just a week with a brand new domain name. It is like 1000 times harder to do that 2023, but nothing is impossible.

In my opinion, it is a good sign but you have track your positions in SERP to be really excited :D
