That was me being stupid. The username and password was the Instagram account credentials, rather than the proxy credentials.

Has any of you set up a proxy with the new Proxy Utility tool? I have successfully set up the proxy, but I have issues adding the proxy to my account, since the Proxy Utility tool doesn't specify a username and password (which are mandatory field when adding a proxy to an account)... Am I...
