This is RIDICULOUSLY non-compliant. No CPA offers or network will want to work with a website like this in the long-term.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using adfly and brokering CPA offers at all. I've dabbed with it for a while and never got it very profitable - or at least to worthwhile levels.
