Well it seems to me that if that site is still up, he must be making something. All that would have to happen is just to offer some sort of incentive for donation that would be free of cost to me. There was a post earlier that I'm generating this idea from. Hmmm...

Not fraud if worded properly. Something like donate to the poor and the poor is yourself and it's very clearly explained in the fine print. That ain't fraud, it's just fucked up.

So has anyone ever tried doing anything like a donation page, yet through smart TOS and privacy policy able to have the money go straight to their bank account? Have a couple of ideas where the title is minimally misleading to where it wouldn't get questioned. :D
