It certainly can, however, often serps restore after a little while. It is hard to say how much effect it will have but content changes often have effect on serps. Why not create new pages/articles to target the other keywords?

Read alot and try. You'll speed up the process alot if you have some starting money to test some methods. Also try to stick with one method, a mistake often made in the start is trying too many things without getting really good at it.

Ordered again 3917. Had some good results previously, some articles are removed already upon delivery but you can't expect more for this price. It is a good service with well readable articles which will do good to your rankings on low competition keywords.
