You mean posting your own pictures or reposting from other pages? All of my accounts got banned when reposting and none got banned when I uploaded my own posts(using Jarvee scheduler).

The big problem might be bad proxies and taking actions too early. I lost 10+ accounts by doing that. Now, I'm only buying accounts with RU emails (which is probably bad), BUT after logging in I don't take any actions for a week. Then I'm starting very slowly and everything is fine so far. :)
