I think we accidentally switched the anchors in GSA - so what you see in the secondary field is actually our brand, and what you see in the brand field is our secondary's. The 45% you see ends up being for branded terms even though it's labelled secondary! Thanks! Glad it helped Yep...

Yeah buddy it's a pretty dirty move on their part but all you can do is disavow. If you've built up enough authority, then you may not be affected, but either way, it sucks

I wouldn't think of it as how much they can afford, but how much business they're currently losing? How many people are searchng their name and turning away? Thats x amount of dollars lost per month. If you can come in and fix that for less, it becomes somewhat of a no brainer

Agree with Reyone - grow your PBN and build links to the inner pages. I wouldn't look too much into your competitor backlinks as he may have pbn links that are hidden as well and so you don't get the full picture

Yep, stay away from the 1k backlinks. Citations are a good starter (brightlocal is my preferred choice), then move on to more powerful links.

Throw on a few PBN links and you should be at the top if it's an easy keyword. Also important to know, going from #30 to #11 is a lot easier than #11 to #1. Having said that, if you're 11 without any links than you should have no issues.

Are you talking about ranking in google.com or getting referral traffic from US based health sites? I'm assuming the latter based on your title. If so, you'll need find the top USA health blogs and create some good content to give them incentive to link to you
