Changing address doesn't do anything from them detecting you. You should have been a bit smarter. Were you using the same Internet IP Address? Same computer HWID? There are plenty of ways to detect from where you were making these accounts from. At least now you know how to avoid that.

Well, I'm sure you can find various answers for BHW users, however, I firmly believe that if you're worried about something, why not just ask the company themselves? Send an E-Mail to Adsense support just to make sure; That would be the smartest move.
