Ugh dont say that...I thought it was based on the Pages PA and backlink profile for that page

So the site in front of me is Pinterest it has a PA of 46 and has 1 backlink How do I outrank them? I have thrown 12 PBN at my site and still nothing. There 1 backlink is from here newagenews dot net I am lost here what do I do....it has to be possible My SIte

so I know there are a ton of questions on PBN but how about this one so my PBN has back links pointing to pages that do no exist making the back link useless bc it goes to a page that is non existent on the PBN Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location...
