Well, your whole infrastructure was down for like 20hours without the possibility to send a ticket since it was down. Now that you website is up again, many of VPS servers just disappeared from my panel. (No emails, no communication, nothing) I don't think this is a normal thing in hosting...

Literally the worst hosting ever, it's crazy to see such bad services getting approved here. Don't fall for it
