Looks like a screenshot with some simple Photoshop cut / paste overlays. It allows you to modify each layer independently and have as many of them as you need.
Yeah, the narrator software got so good these days you won't be able to tell that's machine speaking.
For the image: there's a lot of software that allows you to draw visuals.
Make videos myself, record on camera plus external recorder for better sound quality. Then edit Audio in Audacity (free) then combine and edit video in Sony Vegas 19 (could be bought on eBay cheaply).
