I dunno I've had Propeller Ad traffic convert, but obviously, the quality isn't as good as it would be through AdWords or google search. Do you have any proof that traffic coming from teaser ads is mostly bots? If you do, I'd like to see it.

You can try using teaser ads with websites such as Propeller Ads or Hilltop Ads. They have super cheap CPC bids.

I would be willing to purchase a portion of the list if the emails are still actively used. How much would you want for 10,000 emails?
