Like with anything it's trial and error a lot of the time. I would test using a bot on an account you don't mind getting banned and work from there. I personally myself would get to 50k and then stop using a bot.

I personally make on blog per email. Like others have stated above if you are able to create email addresses with your hosting then I would do that for each blog.

Are you looking to post stuff from your site to Twitter automatically? If so then I know there are many plugins out there that give you the ability to do that.

I have done a lot of unfollowing myself in the past within the space of a few hours and never had a problem so I don't think Twitter has any kind of policy that prevents you from unfollowing as many as you need to.

I was always under the impression that you had to contact Twitter themselves to become verified and they would provide with information they needed before verifying you. It really depends on the kind of verification you want.

If you use Pinterest regularly for SEO purposes you will find that you will see an increase. It's also good for increasing traffic if you are looking for that but it takes to be dedicated and keep updating on a regular basis.

If you are worried at all about the amount of unfollows you may have to make and that it may cause you a problem I would do it a little bit at a time over the course of a few days that way you don't face any kind of problems.
