Worked for me. Been direct linking CPA offers and I direct linked to a clickbank offer a little while ago. Adcenter is not nearly as strict as adwords for landing pages and such. The one issue it has was approving ads with the word "free" in them.

I'm kind of confused on what your asking but Peerfly has a ton of e-mail submits. A lot of them are $1.40 for only the e-mail submit.

Pay per click should work well. Maybe start some SEO and use PPC in the meantime/if it doesn't rank. Someone searching "financial advisor (location)" would see your ad, click it and hopefully call him.

Note gonna happen unless you have your own product. Shareasale does have actual products though. They're not hard to get into.

Recently a buddy lost most of his traffic with a google update. Only his main site actually survived. The rest (albeit spamish) pages were deindexed/lost a ton of rank.

Buy your own gig. Costs you a dollar in the end for each purchase, but it may be worth it for later sales.

If you guys want a ton of these. Use 10minutemail and clear your cookies and cache after you do it and you'll get a new one. You don't need a proxy or anything.

Did a ton of research, joined a CPA network. From it sounds like: 1. Find a CPA offer/something to make money off of 2. Keywords (I read somewhere between 500-1000 was a good start), currently working on this 3. Wait and split test split test split test. Anything i'm missing?
