There's no "perfect" formula when it comes to anything related to SEO. I've read that somewhere between 50:50 main keyword:generic keywords seems reasonable. I agree that using 100% main anchor is definitely a bad idea.

I agree with blogging. its the easiest. However, you should inform yourself a lot about how to become a great blogger in order to gain more traffic and therefore you'll be able to monetize your blog.

This is just their way to attract potential clients.
