How quick do you plan to flip the site after inception? Will you be building more than one site at a time? Maybe 3-4 at once and flip them all together, or build one more powerful site and sell for one lump sum?

Excellent. May I ask what the traffic is? Is it interrupted traffic from sites like movie sites? Or will my traffic be from a similar niche (viral publishing)?

I would still love to find an alternative to this. There's noway it's worth that amount of money, the code wouldn't be that complex. I'm sure somebody could recreate this and put it on CodeCanyon for $10-$20.
