well facebook suggestion are not working, due to that i am posting fan page links in various celebrities fan page as wall post and after 1 hour i removed those wall post and again i posted same wall post. In this way i am getting mixed good result.

no admin is not required. I can still suggest to fb people without admin. facebook did not remove suggest to friends button for non-admin. It just hide.

i sorted out the issue. From last 3 days, facebook users are not getting fan page suggestion, due to that fb users did not joined my fan page. Hope fb fixed this problem very soon.
