I think best way is to publish quality content on quality site(history,good link profile ,traffic) - try to target long tail keywords - include in article links to Your money site.

Best option is just to get in touch with Google (adwords manager) before You get into bigger trouble. You won't solve that on Your own we had similar situation in the past multiple clicks from mobile networks

Focus on two things : onpages seo internal linking - avoid word cannibalization links to different subpages of domains

Try get different router for example Mikrotik seems to be best option

Ahrefs is great tool . I cannot imagine my daily work without it.

If You got to sponsoredreviews or any other site - get some links check rankings of final sites You will see that power of "guest blogging " has dropped. Now it's only worthy to get a link from quality domain (not only link but also traffic)
