yea, I had actually posted once or twice over the last year or so, one was an update/review on a purchase and I forget what the other one was, so more or less this was my "first post" since I started becoming more active :D

I lack sufficient posts here to PM yet. I purchase an EDU Email from you over a year ago, it stopped working. While it worked, it worked great. How long does the "guarantee" last? I am not looking for a handout, just seeing if buying another is the only option. I just need to know. Thanks!

I lurked for a while before joining, and even longer to be "active", and to answer the question: "Do lurkers buy services", for me I can say yes. If memory serves I bought from there as a lurker and decided to join afterwards.
