I know I never updated this thread but whatever. I'm back and I'll give some updates now... In short, I've been really discouraged as of late. It seems like making money online has become orders of magnitude more difficult than what it used to be just 4 years ago when I was doing Clickbank...

Unless you use a BST service or something, no one will accept guest posts from you unless you're a regular contributor to their blog. Contribute to their blog first -- primarily by engaging in discussions with other readers in the comments.

Will keep in mind OP. Thanks for the heads-up. People definitely need to do their own due-diligence before buying any high-ticket sites from flippa. Good chances of getting scammed there unless you know what you're doing.
