I think you may try some of EIG brands they would fit for $1 for first year, though I would recommend chatting with their sales to get cleared if you can get your requirements with them.

It would depend on your vps upload/download speed vs your ISP speed. When you download or upload from your server to another server your ISP speed doesn't matter even if its 128kbps but if you are downloading or uploading to your pc then both of your ISP and Server speeds matter.

This is a joke :) I uploaded few videos 2 days back and my youtube is rock stable. I uploaded them on a new account I created. So, as far my account goes I haven't even recd. a single warning in my 4 years usage. Yeah, some videos do get deleted if they are obscene other than that nothing.

I have 2 accounts and I don't seem to have a problem in either of them. I tried viewing a video just now and the view count updated when I logged in back to check view count.

I have an almost 4 year old account and it has more than 25 million views on over 17 videos which are mostly adult in nature. I haven't monetized it before as adsense doesn't allow ads. So, how can I monetize it ? Im noob and I would be happy to get your suggestions which I could try them on :)
