First of all I only used JuicyAds. Specifically, I had a 160x600 below the description on the right. It was temporary to see if it's a good fit, and it was probably on for no more than 3-4 hours. The site was still in early development with 1/3 of the pictures uploaded and only a few followers.

I got this, right after adding juicy ads. How can I avoid it in the future? "We've terminated your account at xxxx for spam or affiliate marketing. Per the policies you agreed to when creating your account, Tumblr prohibits such activity."
