Can you elaborate please re what issues there are with the AdWords sellers on Fiverr? Some are India-based and I'm wondering if those coupons would work. I'm also assuming you mean those people were banned on BHW and not AdWords.

Hey Semar, a lot of times you can go on DigitalPoint and find site owners willing to sell VPN access with a dedicated IP for dirt cheap. Lots of services out there too but I'm limited so I can't post links. You could also check out some of the "VPN review" sites and just pick one legit service...
