how about CPAxtreme? seems to be geared towards that exact thing, so have any of you ever thought of using that to maximise earnings from those offers?

I know of some providers based on Russia, you'll find them advertising on a lot of hacker forums, esp. russian forums. E.g. VipBP, Royalhost, Sollhost. These guys will pretty much host anything, but of course, you need to pay a high price for dedi servers.
