You are right. I have similar experience. Once I ran a project with naked anchor text %ANCHORTEXT% without % and after a few weeks it's all over the place and still it doesn't have hard results, but added many keywords since other campaigns' anchor works fine so I guess you are right

If you have GSA SER you can create a do follow / contextual only blast directly to batch of your sites and run it forever. Cheaper than using indexers and you can actually pass the link juice to it which eventually dominate rankings. Or checkout Telegram indexbotik my friend using it to index...

I dont think you will be able to do somthing quickly without other things. WHy not to cancel ? or sell it to someone. I would buy if it has unlimited bandwith since i am looking to install my gsa and other tools to windows pc
