the + method is a good way to keep track of number of accounts create +1,+2,+3. Can be used to create other accounts as well. only thing is some websites do not accept the usage of + in emails.

Definitely the way to go. Ads with that kind of views will get you tons of $$. or join others like Fullscreen (they do take commission though :/) Offer shoutouts/links to websites that is already selling things related to the theme?

I always thought jingling was safe as long as it doesn't click on ads? or is all TE unsafe for adsense even if its 0 conversion?
