I managed to find out how to skip the pending process. Use legitimate information for the US or the UK using a VPN. As well, don't use a free email service such as Hotmail as mentioned before. I got a half dozen of my 7 registrations in about 2-3 minutes.

I got a email and domain was registered within 5 minutes of registering. Apparently, free email services require approval.

Typically I use a cheap dedicated server instead of a VPS. Try Kimsufi.ie, they offer 2GB Dedicated for 20/month and offer Windows as welll, they are located in France. However, CPU may be a bottleneck in this situation. Ofc, you could always try for 16GB at 50/month If you truly want a VPS...
