Adwords is not stupid. For 50-60$ its not worth the hassle.

Make sure you follow all the guidelines because once you get suspended then things get hard

On theory you shouldnt experience any problems.Is your MCC on consolidated billing ? If you use the same CC,billing info etc for all accounts under the MCC then i am pretty sure adw will ban them once you try to run traffic through them

REcently bought more than 10 accounts like that all get banned. I think adwords flags them when you chnage the debit card and the billing info with something completely different
