Why would they de-index a site that is full of unique content, has many many users and is a very good source of information? Nothing on here is spammy.

It is hard to get new members for sits like this 'i should know'. Its ok when people register but its another thing to get them to add their profile links. Im always giving away free credits on Facebook and Twitter to pull them in. Good luck with your site.

If i was pulling that kind of cash in 'per day' my mouth would be sealed shut unless someone gave me X amount of millions :) There is no way this method will hold any value.

Treat it like a 'heads-up', check all your links and take down the ones that look suspecious or ones that don't relate to your sites content. If you just leave it the big G might sandbox your site.
